It is an application for suspension of sentence and bail filed by the applicants.

Heard Mr Patwardhan, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr Sanap, learned APP for the State.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the applicants were on bail during the trial. They have deposited the entire fine amount with the trial court. The maximum sentence awarded against the applicants is of three years with rigorous imprisonment. There are no extraordinary circumstances to keep the applicants behind the bars. There are no chances to take up this appeal for final hearing in near future. It would be just and proper to allow the prayer of the applicants.

ORDER

(I) The criminal application is hereby allowed.

(II) The substantive sentence passed against the applicants by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded in Sessions Case No. 253/2019 is hereby suspended till final decision of the appeal.

(III) The applicants, namely, (1) Antaji Kondiba Dantalwad and

(2) Sadashiv Govindrao Gonewad shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one or two solvent sureties of the like amount on he following conditions :- (a) The applicants shall furnish their in-detail address with their Cell Numbers with the trial court.

(b) Bail before the trial court.

(c) Inform to the concerned Court accordingly.
