Learned advocate for applicants submits that the applicants are now become major.

This application is filed by applicants - original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation, deposited by the acquiring body. This Court, in similar matters, arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, has permitted similarly situated claimants to withdraw 75% amount of compensation vide order dated 6th July, 2021 passed in Civil Application No. 1543 of 2020 in First Appeal No. 3920 of 2017 and connected matters. 3.

The application is, therefore, partly allowed. The applicants

{2} ca10061-24.doc are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
