This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by respondent No.1/insurance company before the learned Commissioner of Workman's Compensation Act at Ahmednagar.

Learned advocate for respondent no.1/insurance company has strenuously opposed the application stating that no ground is made out by the applicant for withdrawal of amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Superintendent of learned Commissioner's Court.
