Heard the learned advocate for the parties.

The application is moved by wife against father-inlaw and brother-in-law who have filed criminal revision in this court. In the criminal revision an order was passed directing the respondent to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- and accordingly the said amount is deposited in this court. The applicants by way of this application are praying to withdraw the said amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in this court pursuant to the order dated 19-08-2022. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicant is a lady and has difficulty to come this court for withdrawal of the amount and orally makes a prayer to transfer this amount to the learned court of JMFC, Latur where the

(2) criapln3229.22 Criminal M. A. No. 177/2016 is filed for execution of the original order passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 352/2013.

In view of the same, the criminal application stands allowed. The office is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited pursuant to the order dated 19-08-2022 passed by this court in Criminal Revision Application No. 356/2019. Learned JMFC, Latur is directed to allow the applicants to withdraw the said amount in Criminal M. A. No. 177/2016.

Place the Criminal Revision Application No. 356 of 2019 and Criminal Writ Petition No. 821 of 2019 on 02-02-2023 with understanding that the matter would be heard finally on that day.
