By way of the present petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.12.2009 passed by Civil Judge Senor Division, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon below Exh.199 in Regular Civil Suit No. 18 of 2003.

Learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, states that plaintiff no.2 in Regular Civil Suit No. 18 of 2003 has withdrawn the suit and therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of aforesaid, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
