The applicants are seeking restoration of their Second Appeal of which the registration has been refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for non-removal of office objections vide order dated 11.01.2023. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 11.01.2023 stands recalled and the Second Appeal of the applicants be restored Pooja K.

5 CA-14151-2023 to its original stage on removal of office objections which are now removed within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, bench at Aurangabad.
