The Application for bail was allowed to be withdrawn due to filing of the chargesheet. This was done in order to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate forum for seeking appropriate relief. However, it is seen that typographical error crept up in the order dated 07.10.2016 as instead of 'appropriate forum', 'the learned Sessions Court' is typed.

Therefore, in para 1 of the order dated 07.10.2016, words 'appropriate forum' be typed in place of 'the learned Sessions Court'. With this correction, motion stands disposed of.
