This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 1-ca9769.2025 and ors 2.
This is motion for speaking to the minutes of order dated 25.09.2025, thereby seeking modification of the condition imposed while permitting withdrawal of amount by the applicants. 3.
Mr.Gore, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants would submit that in paragraph 9 of the order dated 25.09.2025, applicant no.4C was permitted to furnish her undertaking and solvent security/surety in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir, Dist. Latur. He would submit that the solvent security/surety of applicant no.4C may be permitted to be offered to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, as it is a common solvent security/surety.

In view of the above, paragraph 9 of the order dated 25.09.2025, stands modified as under:- "9.
Permission granted. Applicant no.4C is permitted to furnish undertaking in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir, Dist. Latur; and furnish her solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
