Learned counsel for respondent no.5 submits that award has been passed as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and demand has also been made for payment of the amount.

Respondents shall endeavour to pay the amount as per the award, expeditiously. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of compensation

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
