The enhancement is eight times more than the compensation awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Ofcer. In this view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount of compensation on following terms:

a) 50% amount be paid on personal undertaking.

b) 10% amount be paid on solvent surety.
