This application is filed for restoration of the first appeal i.e. dismissed in view of the conditional order passed by this Court. The applicant could not supply the copies within four weeks as per the said order. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. The learned counsel for applicant undertakes to supply the copies within two weeks from today.
