The petitioner's proposal is awaiting adjudication by the respondent - scrutiny committee since 2022.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has already appeared at NEET - UG - 2023 and is seeking admission and is in urgent need of the decision. He points out that vigilance enquiry was conducted at the time of petitioner's cousin by name Sejal Santosh Wagh who has been granted conditional validity by this Court. The petitioner is ready to adopt the same report and the committee may consider the response and decide the claim at the earliest.

We cannot at this juncture, comprehend as to if the committee will be able to call upon the petitioner to respond to the

2 WP / 10336 / 2023 vigilance report in the matter of cousin - Sejal. However, we are exploring possiblilty. If the committee permits the petitioner to file response to the report submitted by the vigilance in the matter of Sejal Santosh Wagh, the committee may allow her to do so and can proceed to decide the claim at the earliest.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the committee on 24 August 2023. If allowed, she may file a reply to the vigilance report in the matter of Sejal and the committee shall make an endeavour to decide the proposal in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of petitioner's appearance before it.

Writ petition is disposed of.
