Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners for some time, it is noticed that respondent no.6 - society is under going liquidation and the petitioners are served with the notices as could be inferred from the reply tendered by the liquidator of respondent no.6 - society. 2.

In such eventuality, the option open to the petitioners is to appear before the liquidator with their grievance, including the one which is canvassed in the petition. Once the petitioners appear before the liquidator, we deem it appropriate to direct the liquidator to consider the claims of the petitioners in accordance with law. 3.
