This civil application has been preferred by the applicant/orig. respondent for a direction to the respondents to deposit the amount, which has been deducted from the salary of the petitioner under the various heads alongwith interest. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.01.2019, the respondents had deposited the entire backwages. However, the amounts deducted on account of various heads were not deposited. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that an amount of Rs.3,50,717/- due under the various heads, as detailed in the paragraph no.10 of the civil application, except the deduction at serial no.4 (EPS) can be deposited in this Court. 3.

Let the amount of Rs.3,50,717/- be deposited in this Court within a period of six weeks from today to be governed by the final orders to be passed in Writ Petition No.10470/2018. The
