The petitioners in both the petitions have put forth prayer clause [B] as under :- [B]By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd 28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies.

2. The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits on instructions that the representation put forth by the petitioners dated 28.06.2018 would be decided by the respondents within four weeks.

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.
These petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 5.
Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should respond to the representation within four weeks and convey the decision to the petitioners, on or before 21st October, 2022, in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018.
