1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0718/2024, registered at Newasa Police Station, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 118 (1), 115 (2), 351 (1), 352, 119 (1), 189 (2), 191 (2) and 191 (3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3] This Court, by order dated 4th September, 2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicants.

1507.24ABA 4] It appears from the police paper that the injuries caused to the informant are simple in nature. Considering the injuries of the informant, the interim protection granted by order dated 04.09.2024 stands confirmed. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station from 25th November, 2024 to 29th November, 2024 and shall co-operate in the investigation.
