The Petitioner questioned the term and condition in the tender notice. This Court has issued notice on the petition and beyond that, no restraint was placed on the authorities in either processing the bids/ tenders received or awarding the contract. Now that the contract is awarded, the work is under way and not complete, furnishes no ground for interference in writ jurisdiction and when more disputed questions of fact are being raised. Leaving the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings including in terms of the contract, we dispose of this Writ Petition.
