Heard learned advocate for the petitioners, learned AGP and Mr. Suryawanshi, who appears suo motu for the respondents no. 2 and 3.

The petitioners who are running the schools are aggrieved by the fact that couple of schools are being run in the vicinity affecting them adversely. It is pointed out that the representation on behalf of the several schools addressed to the respondent no. 3 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed dated 13.07.2023 was forwarded and the decision is awaited.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to take appropriate steps / decision on the petitioners'
