By this petition, the petitioner prays that the communication dated 1.3.2007 issued by respondent No.2, Director, Technical Education, be quashed and set aside. The petitioner then prays for pay fixation from 01.01.2021, after a passage of 21 years. The petitioner has retired in the year 2016. An interest @ 12% is sought on the amount payable after re-fixation.

We are not inclined to entertain this petition, which is filed after 21 years of pay fixation.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that representations dated 6.7.2019 and 18.8.2022 have been filed before the Joint Director, Technical Education, Aurangabad, respondent No.3 herein as well as before respondent No.2, the Director of

wp10323.22 -2Technical Education, Mumbai. He would pray that the said representations may be considered by the said authorities. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

Let respondent Nos. 2 and 3 take a decision as deemed fit and appropriate, in the light of the orders passed by the Administrative Officer, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, dated 25.03.2022, the Public (Government) Information Officer/ the Office Superintendent, Divisional Office, Technical Education, Nashik, dated 20.5.2022 and the Principal, Government Polytechnic, Mumbai, dated 10.06.2003, with regard to Shri Gautam Deepchand Chhajed, Shri Vijay Katariya and Shri V.R. Jadhav, respectively.
