We have heard Mr.Awate, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the State.

It appears that under order dated

22.9.2017, the order was modified and directions were given to the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur to decide the proposal within three (3) months. The same would expire on 22.12.2017.

In view of the above, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. The petitioner may have right to agitate it before this Court if the order is not complied by the authority.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
