The learned standing counsel for the CBI has filed affidavit-inreply. It is pretty old case of 2012. It is informed that five witnesses have been examined. It is a case of not more than fifteen witnesses. It is, however, informed that there are only two advocates representing the CBI for Pune division and therefore, it takes time. Considering the same, we direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is disposed of.
