Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kaij and learned Additional Sessions Judge convicted the present applicant for offences punishable under sections 304-A and 279 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The accident in question has occurred because of bursting of tyre of the vehicle which was driven by the applicant. 4.
The applicant was on bail during trial and has already paid the fine. In view thereof, the substantive sentence is suspended and the applicant is ordered to be released on bail, on the same terms, on which the learned Trial Court had released him on bail.
