The contention of petitioners is that, though the notice has been given by petitioners to pay rental compensation, the same is not paid.

The learned A. G. P. states that, the petitioners have not filed any application seeking rental compensation and only notice is issued. The petitioners may file an application for rental

The petitioners may file an application seeking rental compensation to the authorities concerned. On receipt of such an application, the authority shall decide the application of the petitioners seeking rental compensation expeditiously, in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of receipt of application. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
