We have heard Mr. S.S. Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel submits that the impugned communication issued by respondent No.2 is without jurisdiction. 2.

The petitioner has already implemented the impugned letter/order dated 04.11.2020 issued by respondent No.2. After having implemented the letter, the petitioner is now challenging the same. The action has already been taken. The matter would only be academic. 3.

In deserving matter, we would consider the jurisdiction of respondent no.2 to issue such communication/order but not in a matter where, after having implemented the order, the petitioner is challenging the same.
