1] Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 & 3 states that all the amounts payable to the petitioner under the order dated 26.5.2015 will be paid to the petitioner by 30.9.2015.

2] Having regard to the fact that the petitioner retired on superannuation in the year 2004, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, to pay to the petitioner all the amounts payable under the

WP 10258/10 - 2 - aforesaid order dated 26.5.2015 latest by 30.9.2015. This time limit shall be treated as mandatory and peremptory and no extension will be granted.

3] the writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above directions, but the respondents shall report compliance of this order on 5.10.2015. 4] Authenticated copy of the order is allowed.
