Mr. Sachin Prayag, learned Counsel for the nonapplicant, submits that since the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ambejogai has video conferencing facilities available, through which the non-applicant would appear, in the proceedings, he has no objection if the proceedings are transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ambejogai.

In view of above statement, Hindu Marriage Petition No.924/2020 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune is hereby transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ambejogai. The parties undertake to appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ambejogai on 20th August 2021. It is made clear that the non-applicant shall appear through video conferencing. The
