Heard. The petitioner who is now seeking to take admission to the Pharmacy course and is required to submit the documents by 09 September 2023, is now anxious that her proposal is not being decided by the respondent No. 02/Scrutiny Committee.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been consistently pursuing the committee in early decision of the matter. He would further submit that the petitioner's father after due enquiry has been issued with the certificate of validity in the month of March 2022. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions

2 wp 10439.23 submits that the vigilance report has been received only in the month of June 2023 and Committee is required sufficient time to decide the proposal.

Considering the exigency, in our considered view following arrangement would meet the ends of justice.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2/Committee on 24 August 2023 and shall receive the copy of vigilance report and file her reply by 28 August 2023.
