The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.185 of 2020 registered with Basmath Rural Police Station, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. His Application with similar prayer bearing Criminal Bail Application No.268 of 2020 came to be rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basmathnagar.

Though the name of the applicant is mentioned in the FIR with a specific role attributed to him, however, on perusal

of the Medico Legal Certificate, it appears that the informant has sustained two abrasions and one contusion and all the injuries are simple in naure. It appears that there is a dispute in respect of the common Bandh of the agricultural field. The applicant is an agriculturist by occupation. Thus, by imposing certain conditions, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, following order :

O R D E R

The application is hereby allowed.

2.

The applicant MADHAV @ MAHADU DAGDU GANGAWALE in connection with Crime No.185 of 2020 registered with Basmath Rural Police Station, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC be released on bail on furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount on the following conditions :- a] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

b] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday

between 8.00 to 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
