PER COURT:

1] This is an application for modification of the order dated 4th October, 2021 passed by the Special Judge, granting bail to the applicant. One of the conditions imposed is that the applicants shall not enter Ahmednagar District till further orders.

2] Investigation is still in progress. Learned PP, on instructions, submitted that approximately within a period of 4 weeks, charge sheet will be filed. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer an application for modification of the aforesaid order before the Special Judge.
