Heard Mr. Abhijit Chaudhari learned advocate for applicant. The applicant seeks to condone delay of 48 days caused in filing appeal. Perused the application, The delay has occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Hence, sufficient cause is made out. In the result, application is allowed. Delay of 48 days caused in filing application is condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections. 2.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents returnable on 30th April, 2025. Mr. Deshpande, Advocate waives notice for respondent No.1.
