PER COURT :- Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, informs that, the name of the second wife of the petitioner by name Koushalya has been recorded in the relevant service record. The name of the second wife was required to be recorded on account of demise of the first wife of the petitioner. It is further informed that, the name of the son of the petitioner born out of the wedlock of the petitioner with his first wife has also been recorded in the relevant record. The copies of the orders issued in that behalf are produced before us and same are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification.
In view of above, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed.
