After having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners for sometime, it is brought to my notice that the complaint case, which was initiated in the year 1999, is not finally decided till date, in spite of the fact that 17 years are spent on the said complaint. 2.

In the above background, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to dispose of present writ petition, by directing learned Magistrate to decided the complaint expeditiously, within period of 6 months from today. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
