IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 909 CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 5000 OF 2016 DHONDYA @ DHONDIBA @ DHONDIRAM ISHWAR BHOSALE & ANR.
VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA .............................
Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, Advocate for Applicants. Mr. N.B.Patil, A.P.P. for Resp. - State.
..............................
CORAM : A.M.BADAR, J.
DATE : 27th SEPTEMBER, 2016 .............................
PER COURT :
1.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/accused. By taking me through the entire charge sheet, the learned counsel vehemently argued that after completion of investigation, further pre-trial detention of present applicants is not at all warranted. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that considering the nature of offence and the witnesses to the incident, there is no possibility of tampering the evidence of the prosecution. When this Court shows its dis-inclination to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.
2 Cr.Apln. 5000.2016 2.
The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. [A.M.BADAR, J.] KNP/Cr.Apln. 5000.2016
