Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is challenging the virus of clause no.4.1 from the brochure published by the respondents in respect of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya for the academic sessions 2024-2025. 3.

This court in Writ Petition No.11517 of 2023 has considered the issue and has upheld the clause no. 4.1 by order dated 02.11.2023 whereby a similar challenge was turned down. 1/2

Though there is some difference on facts, in our considered view since it is the matter of interpretation of the clause and its virus, even this petition is liable to be dismissed for the selfsame reasons as have been recorded by us while deciding the Writ Petition No. 11517 of 2023. Hence, we proceed to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Writ petition is rejected.
