Heard. Though this petitioner has made multiple prayers in the Writ Petition, however, we are inclined to consider prayer clause (C) of the petition.

The caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No.3 Caste Scrutiny Committee since 15/3/2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that, for want of validity certificate, the salary of the petitioner

has not been paid. Considering the same, we direct the respondent No.3 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today. 3.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
