The Petitioners have made representations right from the Gramsevak upto the District Collector. Their first representation to the Gramsevak is dated 04.12.2012. Prior thereto and thereafter also, they have been making applications to various authorities, most of whom do not have the jurisdiction to deal with their grievance.

We requested Shri Suryawanshi, the learned Advocate, being a panel Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, to assist the Court.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent

*2* 950ywp10786o23 No.4/Gramsevak to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 04.12.2012 by following the due procedure laid down in law and arrive at a decision/ do the needful, within 90 days from today. If the said representation is misplaced, we permit the Petitioner to take a printout of the said representation and once again tender it to Respondent No.4.
