The respondent-plaintiff has filed the suit for injunction along with an application for temporary injunction. The application for temporary injunction is rejected. Aggrieved thereby, the plaintiff filed an appeal before the District Court. The District Court allowed the appeal. The State has assailed the said order in the present petition.

It is submitted that the suit is still pending. This Court on 08.10.2013 had directed status quo as on the said date to be maintained.

Considering the fact that the suit is still pending and now must be ready for evidence, I am not going into the merits of the contentions. Interim orders passed on 08.10.2013 shall continue till the disposal of the suit. In case the suit is not disposed of, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit
