This civil application has been preferred seeking recalling of the order dated 21.03.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dismissing the writ petition for non removal of office objections. There is delay of almost six months in preferring the civil application of which condonation is sought. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed. The delay of six months is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Law Library.

Let the office objections be removed within a period of two
