Learned Counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that as Respondent No.2 has deposited the amount of Rs.6 lakh in compliance with the order of this Court passed on 20th February, 2017, and as the petitioner desires to withdraw this amount as well and as the petitioner has given him instructions to withdraw the petition with liberty to make prayer before the Trial Court for grant of permission to withdraw the remaining amount of Rs.6 lakh also, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, with such liberty.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 has no objection. Nobody appears for Respondent No.2.
