Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there is no impediment for petitioner to fle fresh application for grant of permission.

Proposal of petitioner was during academic year 2015-16 which is long over. While it appears that the state is amenable to consider a fresh application, it does not appear that there should be any order in the writ petition.
