The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal was submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The Education Officer sent back the proposal on the ground of deficiencies. The learned counsel further submits that, the deficiencies were complied and communicated to the Education Officer on 10th August, 2020. However, no fresh decision has been taken by the Education Officer. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have complied with the deficiencies as pointed out by the Education Officer and if same is pending with the Education

2 wp 3175.21 Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the proposal afresh on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
