Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner after removing the deficiencies is pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 may decide the same on it's own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within four months.
