Present application has been filed for restoring the writ petition no.7511/2019 which was dismissed as a result of conditional order that was passed by this Court on 20.04.2022 for not removing office objections. Though, the learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposed, taking into consideration the willingness of the applicant to remove the office objections now, the delay stands condoned and the application stands allowed.
