We have perused the status report submitted by the trial court and also the additional status report. In the last report dated 01.01.2022, the learned Judge has called the prosecution to furnish tentative schedule and the number of witnesses which are left to be examined. Accordingly, the details of the proposed witnesses are orally furnished and the same are reproduced in the additional status report dated 01.01.2022 as under:

a) 04 Nodal Officers, b) 04 Investigation Officers, c) 01 Ballistic Expert, d) 03 Medical Officers, e) 04 Police carriers, f) 04 witnesses on conspiracy and g) 02 panchas.

It is further informed by the trial court that now the accused can be physically produced before the court and as per the wish of the accused, trial can be conducted in their presence. Furthermore, it is also informed in the earlier report that there are other difficulties relating to availability of dates of the Special Public Prosecutor and the senior advocate from Aurangabad representing the accused. We expect and hope from both the sides to co-operate the Court to dispose of the case expeditiously, within a reasonable time. It is a part heard case and the prosecution has already examined 15 witnesses so far. However, considering the difficulties as informed to us, we refrain ourselves from giving any specific directions about disposal of the case on or before certain date. However, we expect and hope that at the earliest, with the co-operation from both sides, the trial court will dispose of the case. The criminal writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
