Learned Addl. GP, on instructions, submtis that the cheque in the sum of Rs.2,49,468/- has been drawn in the name of the petitioner. He may approach the Headmaster. She produces a photocopy of the cheque and the receipt executed by the Headmaster today.

Learned Addl. GP also submits that as far as the grant of provisional pension beyond six months period, the matter has been forwarded to the Accountant General, Nagpur by concerned Education Officer (Secondary), Zill Parishad, Parbhani by communication dated 11-01-2023. She places on the record a copy of the communication.

With a hope that the Accountant General who is also a party here would take further steps expeditiously, we dispose of the matter keeping open the liberty to the petitioner to approach us, if the Accountant General fails to finalize the provisional pension within three months.
