The learned counsel submits that, in the order dated 18.08.2021,on the day, when the matter was heard, certain facts were not properly clarified by him. The petitioner was given posting at Nashik, Zilla Parishad only and the petitioner could not join. 2.

In view of that, in the order dated 18.08.2021, more particularly Para-1, instead of 'posting at different Zilla Parishads', the same be substituted as 'posting at Nashik Zilla Parishad' and in the third line of Para-1, instead of 'concerned Zilla Parishad is not allowing her to join', the same be replaced by 'the petitioner could not join'. 3.

With the aforesaid modifications, Civil Application is disposed of. 4.

Order may be corrected accordingly.
