Ms. Talekar, the learned counsel submits that, at the time of filing the petition, the petitioners were not aware that the amendment is already incorporated in the Statute and as such only ordinance was challenged.

The learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the amendment incorporated in the Statute. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
