Mr.Mundhe, learned counsel for the petitionerS submits that the petitionerS-Bachatgat is seeking benefit on the instructions issued by the Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Scheme on 22.12.2015 which has been considered by this Court in writ petition no. 1312/2016 under order dated 09.02.2016.

Learned AGP relies on the order of the Apex Court in SLP (C) No.2177/2017 dated 19.04.2017. 3.

The Apex Court in the said order has observed thus;

( 2 ) wp9580.10 "Having heard learned counsel for the parties at length, we are inclined to modify our order dated 06.12.2016 to the extent that the contracts of which the period is over shall cease to operate and the contracts which are still in subsistence shall be allowed to operate"

It is not disputed that the period of the contract of the petitioners is over on 04.01.2016. In view of the aforesaid order no further orders can be passed in favour of the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
