1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondents. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited entire amount before this Court and this Court has permitted the respondents to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount, hence, the order passed by the learned Tribunal be stayed.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the impugned order passed by the

2146.21CA learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule is stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.
