This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. The application is vehemently opposed by the respondents. Considering the arguments of both the sides, following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.

(ii) Further 25% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on giving solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar, MACT, Hingoli.

(iii) For the purpose of withdrawal the amount be transmitted to the learned MACT, Hingoli.

( 2 ) {ca10021.24} (iv) Remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeal.

(V) The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
